Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using https://propfirmcorner.com ("the site", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Editorial purpose and scope

PropFirmCorner publishes independent research, comparisons, calculators, and explainers for futures prop trading firms. Everything on the site is informational and is written for educated adult traders already familiar with the risks of trading.

We are not a prop firm, broker, dealer, investment adviser, or financial institution. We do not hold customer funds, open trading accounts on your behalf, or execute trades. Partner firms featured on the site are independent businesses with their own terms, risk disclosures, and onboarding processes.

No financial advice

Nothing on PropFirmCorner is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Past performance of any trader, strategy, or firm is not indicative of future results. Prop firm evaluations can be lost, funded accounts can be breached, and trading futures carries a substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. If you need advice, consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

Accuracy of information

We take care to verify pricing, discount codes, rules, and payout policies before publishing, and we re-verify regularly. Even so, prop firms change their offers, rules, and products frequently. Always confirm the current terms on the firm’s own website before purchasing an evaluation or paying any fee. If a fact on PropFirmCorner is out of date, we are happy to correct it, please email hello@propfirmcorner.com.

Affiliate links and compensation

PropFirmCorner earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through our partner links. Our editorial reviews, rankings, and rule summaries are not influenced by commercial arrangements. We only list firms currently honoring code PIP.

Commercial compensation does not influence our editorial reviews, rule summaries, or firm rankings. When we list a firm, it is because we believe the firm is worth comparing, not because of commission levels.

Discount codes and offers

The house discount code PIPis shared with us by our partner firms and applies only at checkout on those firms’ own sites. The percentage each firm applies is their decision and can change without notice. We display the current offer as supplied by each firm and update the page when we learn of a change. If a code fails at checkout, that is a matter between you and the firm, please contact the firm’s support team first, and let us know so we can update our copy.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use automated tools to scrape, index, or reproduce large portions of the site without written permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the site, its servers, or its supporting networks.
  • Misrepresent the source of content taken from the site or remove attribution.
  • Use the site to violate any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and export controls.

Intellectual property

The site, its layout, editorial copy, calculators, and comparison data are the intellectual property of PropFirmCornerunless otherwise marked. Firm names, logos, and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used nominatively for identification and comparison.

You may quote short excerpts for review or educational purposes with a visible link back to the source page. Wholesale republication of our content, including comparison tables and rule summaries, is not permitted without written consent.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PropFirmCorner and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the site, including any partner prop firm or other user.
  • Any content obtained from the site, whether up-to-date or not.

Your decision to purchase a prop firm evaluation or to trade is your own. We are not liable for losses you incur on funded or evaluation accounts, for discount codes that fail to apply at checkout, or for changes a firm makes to its rules after you have purchased.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PropFirmCornerand its operators from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Third-party links and services

The site contains links to third-party websites, most notably the prop firms we cover. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third parties and accept no responsibility for them. When you follow an affiliate link, that firm’s terms and privacy policy apply from the moment you land on their site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site’s operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local consumer protection law grants you stronger rights, those rights are not overridden by this clause.
